Alina Adams: Founder & CEO, Artveoli Inc. MSE, MBA
Alina is the Founder & CEO of Artveoli,
Inc., a hardware IoT company in the indoor air quality space. Alina is also a
faculty member at Northeastern University, teaching Business Planning for
Technology Ventures. She is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of
experience working in technology research and entrepreneurship organizations.
She got her start working in the world renowned microfluidics laboratory at
Stanford University. She moved on to co-found a mobile application startup
company, Volyy LLC, where as the Vice President, she assembled a global
engineering team and led product release and business strategy development.
Alina also founded Silicon Valley Impact, a non-profit corporation that helps
form relationships between technology developers and social benefit
organizations. To stay engaged with the entrepreneurship
community, she is a mentor for several organizations including the Global
Social Benefit Institute and European Innovation Academy, where she is also
Chief Mentor and Head of VC Relations. Alina worked with and mentored over 200
startup ventures globally, including companies in Asia, Africa, Europe, US and
South America. Alina holds a B.S. in Applied Physics from
East Ukrainian National University, an MSE from San Jose State University, and
an MBA from Santa Clara University. Alina has Lean Six Sigma Certification and
Product Design Certificate.

Kelly Alvares: Founder & CEO, Equicore Consulting
EquiCore Consulting was started in April of 2013, with a vision to help organizations solve technology and business problems in a way that creates value for all stakeholders, while capturing sustainable value for the business.
Kelly is passionate about her work and has been able to make a positive impact with her clients by driving efficiency in internal business processes, aligning day-to-day operations with overall goals of the organization and finding innovative and sustainable ways to grow.
She is also a founding member and Executive Director of Circles Counseling Services, a non-profit organization which was started during the downturn of the technology industry in the Silicon Valley Bay Area. The organization provides individual and couples counseling for those in the middle income segment. She is responsible for executing the mission of the organization, strategic planning and execution, fundraising, hiring and expanding the reach of the non-profit through marketing, mental health and neurodiversity awareness and social skills programs.
Kelly developed a love for technology working part-time as a software developer while studying for a Bachelors in Commerce and Economics with an Accounting major. Her journey in technology continued as she obtained a Masters in Computer Applications and found herself in the heart of Silicon Valley, working across the board with independent businesses, startups and corporate organizations. Here, she branched out to the business side, with Certificates in Product and Project Management. Most recently, she obtained a Certificate in Corporate Innovation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

and positive results. He is the former CEO of the Help On Demand Company-a boutique technology consulting firm providing IBM systems and software-servicing banks, hospitals, distributors and manufacturer. The company has been the accelerator for leading entrepreneurial
initiatives.
Ron, a lifelong learner remains relevant by mentoring Stanford University LEAD
participants relating to the gig economy, trends and challenges. He has developed global opportunities to develop USA go to market strategies for entrants from Switzerland, Israel and
Germany.
He is a subject matter expert in sales, negotiation & innovation and is an advisor
to Primaris Market Development. Ron is also a negotiation consultant for
Think!inc, a Chicago based consultancy. Ron works in specific industries: agriculture, aerospace, hvac, healthcare tech, mobile technology, military innovations, oil and gas and climate change
innovations for farms. He holds certificates in design thinking, sales, negotiation, business modeling, strategy and finance.
